Pragma Libya

The Pragma Libya seeks to hire an Accountant to be based in Tripoli, Libya to support the USAID-funded Libya Public Financial Management (LPFM) project.  The LPFM project is a 5-year initiative being implemented by Pragma.  LPFM works with public and private stakeholders to build a foundation for sustainable and inclusive growth in Libya through a multi-pronged strategy that will: (1) strengthen and improve the transparency and responsiveness of public financial management (PFM) practices in select municipalities and central government institutions; (2) advance the modernization, efficiency, and reliability of the electricity sector, (3) increase the quality and availability of basic public services (primary healthcare, solid waste management, and primary education) through a more effective, responsive, and decentralized public service delivery system; and (4) facilitate the establishment of an invigorated business-enabling environment that stimulates private sector growth and job creation.  All project activities are aimed at advancing Libya’s stability and its journey to self-reliance.
